How long will it take to get my mix?
Our standard turnaround is indicated on the homepage of our website. The clock does not start until full payment is received, AND EVERYTHING needed to make the mix has been given to us.

Yes, we sure are! We adhere to all guidelines set forth by those two companies.
How soon will I receive an invoice after I’ve submitted an order form?
Within 24 hours
Do you offer discounts on multiple orders of mixes for the same program?
Because it is custom it still takes the same amount of time whether we do 5 mixes or just 1 mix, therefore, we do not.
Do you accept school Purchase Orders and/or checks?
Yes. Physical copies of Purchase Orders should be emailed to order@chemixtryla.com and checks can be mailed to the address listed on the invoice.
When will I receive my licensing?
You should receive your licensing within a week from the time you receive your mix. If you should need your licensing sooner, please send an email to order@chemixtryla.com.
Do you charge any additional fees for revisions? If not, how many revisions are we allowed on a mix?
We normally don’t charge for corrections because it is almost impossible to meet your needs on the first try, but we also do not want to keep going back and forth. So after we get the kinks out the first few times…the mix should be close to completion. The best thing is to have your ideas and plan for your routine ahead of time. Only time we charge any additional fees, is if new songs are added or if you are completely re-doing the mix.
Do we accept video and/or 8 count sheets?
If you provide a video, an 8 count sheet must be provided as well. We have an 8 count sheet that is FREE to download on our website and can be uploaded on the website order form.
What if my license is incorrect and I need it to be adjusted?
While we can change our company license, we cannot change the licensing for the songs after the purchase has been made. It is important to provide the correct information on your order form to avoid any conflicts. If you have questions about licensing, please email us at order@chemixtryla.com

Where can I hear samples of your work?

Do we have to book in advance for our mix?
No, once you’ve submitted your order form and payment has been received, we begin working on your project and you will receive your mix within the specified turnaround time.
What is your process?
Once you submit a request and it is received, you are invoiced within 24 hours. Once your invoice is paid or your PO is sent we begin the mixing process and deliver it to you within turnaround time frame. Licensing, if needed, is sent out within 1 week of receiving your mix.
What is your preferred method of payment?
We have an easy online payment method, that is the quickest way to book your mix and to ensure it is completed on time.
How will the mix be sent?
Your mix will be sent via email to the the address provided on your order form; the file will be in a mp3 format that allows you to download right from the email.
Can we listen to the mix before we pay?
All of our mixes are customized for each individual team/group, therefore, we do not begin working on your mix until payment is completed.
How many songs do you recommend for my mix? (Chart)
Who picks the songs?
YOU! You have to pick your own songs. We will not accept any forms with song choices not picked. If you need licensing, all licensed songs can be found on Unleashthebeats.com or PowerMusicTRAX.com. Make sure they are available before you submit!
